It’s time to find your balance.
As an executive leader or CEO, hiding emotional pain or instability is often part of your job requirement. People around you probably have no idea how much you struggle with confidence and self-worth or how unfulfilled you may feel about life. Life can feel very isolating. Executive therapy can help in each of these areas.
When you struggle with anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem, its difficult to trust yourself. You might find yourself up at all hours of the night worrying about work, feeling like you’re failing everyone in the office and everyone at home all at the same time. No matter how much you try, you can’t tame the critical voice that lives inside your head.
I work with executives and other high-achieving business professionals to help them address the barriers that hold them back from feeling relaxed, confident, and complete. When we work together, I provide a safe and confidential space to explore difficult topics that you feel you can’t discuss with anyone else.

Duration of Therapy
Most clients begin with weekly sessions. Depending on your unique history, experiences, and goals; counseling may be short-term, lasting 6-8 sessions, or more extended therapy which can be anywhere from 6 months to years. I believe that there should be an ongoing dialogue during counseling, from initial contact to termination, about the process, goals and how it is working. We will discuss together how often and how long you will continue therapy. I find that regular sessions initially help to ensure you get your needs met and we can form a strong partnership. The goal is to assure that you are getting the best quality care to meet your needs.
